Bottlenose; a Mystery for Modern Ireland
a new play by Aaron O'Neill

Produced by The Gaze Presents
November 2020
Online Reading (Cork, Ireland and New York, NY)

About the show:

When the famous dolphin of Dingle, Ireland, Fungie, is assassinated in cold blood, private detective Frank Finger is hired by a mysterious femme fatale to uncover the identity of his killers. But as Frank descends into the seedy underbelly of Dingle town, he uncovers a vast conspiracy involving property developers, fascist priests, and an ancient cult hell-bent on manipulating the nation for their own nefarious ends.

This production was a workshop-turned-performance that was presented via Zoom during the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, the performance was not record on Zoom and is lost to time; such is the ephemerality of theatre. However, I do have the intro and outro videos that I directed and edited, for you viewing pleasure.
